      Hello Dear Woman of Faith,

      My name is Odessa. Just like you, I fill many roles and do many things (you can check out my bio later). 
      You may agree, that it is a major understatement to say that this year has been quite a challenge for so many of us… 
      Regardless….as women we take the charge and proceed forward as usual regardless of whatever may come our way. 
      Thank you, dear sister. 

      For over twenty years, and as long as I can remember, I recall seeing women around me doing it all, serving to their last drop of energy, giving, loving, helping, but not having enough opportunities or provided resources to help them develop or grow into greater roles. There has definitely been a glass ceiling and they were definitely being underserved.

      I began seeing this not only within the career and employment sector but also within the faith based communities and the Church. 

      Ever feel like you wish you could have a Mentor? Ever feel frustrated after another Prophetic Word about your calling and found yourself thinking, “Yes, Lord! But How will this happen? How do I get there? There is no one that will mentor me!”

      I recall going to a Conference and all the books written about the Role of the next Move of God with Women were written by men. 
      I wondered: Where are the Marys, the Esthers and the Deborahs? I bought them all… but my heart kept stirred up within me.

      I was hungry, to see women elevate, and see them rise with substance. This kept me up at night, and I was so desperate to see the next move of God, even if I was not leading it, even if I have to support someone else (I have been providing support to ministries for over twenty years), 
      I was willing to do so. The hunger became stronger than the fear of stepping in anyone’s toes, or the need to get permission. 
      That is when the Kingdom Boss Queens Mastermind was born. 

      After having a supernatural experience a few months later (there’s more to this story-I will share it with you in the group), I was guided to launch the event: 30 Days to Preparing Your Soil (Heart + Mind + Business). 

      An event geared to pour out God's light, and love. Speakers will be mentoring women, imparting the Prophetic, activating their Faith and igniting their passion to help them recharge, and step victoriously into 2021.

      Annie Lobert is a wife, speaker, author, entrepreneur, thought leader, advocate for the abused, non-profit founder and CEO) and a survivor of more than a decade of sex trafficking in Hawaii, Minneapolis, and Las Vegas. 

      She is known for being one of the first women to openly speak about her experiences in being sex trafficked, and one of the first to start a non-profit outreach and safe house to help victims of abuse as a survivor-leader.

      In 2003, after a serious drug overdose and an epiphany, Annie began her personal journey of healing and recovery to emotional, physical, and spiritual wholeness. It was her heart mission to go back and reach the ladies she had left behind who were working in Las Vegas as victims of exploitation. What started as a pioneering, grass roots outreach to ladies in the sex industry soon became a non-profit, whose focus is to Hook (outreach) Hope (Jesus) Help (housing) Heal (restoration). In 2005, Hookers for Jesus, was birthed.

      When Annie is taking time off of her busy schedule, she spends time with her husband, Oz Fox as he tours with his rock band, Stryper. They were married on June 5th, 2009.

      Leah Grey is a Christian wild-child turned hope-giver, blogger and author. Best known for her candid, humorous, faith-based approach, Leah challenges popular beliefs about addiction to support and empower women with loved ones who struggle with, or are in recovery from, addiction. She left her New York City dreams behind and now lives in Canada with her free healthcare, three children and Latin-lover husband.
